ASSIGNMENT FOR NEXT CLASS:

APRIL 3: YOUR RESEARCH: DEVELOPING NEW KNOWLEDGE

ASSIGNMENT

Over the break, consider what you would identify as your area of research. In other words, an area in which you would like to contribute new knowledge to the discipline of graphic design. If that seems too daunting, select a subject in graphic design about which you'd like to understand more. Be fairly specific. (i.e. "Typography" is way too broad; "Typography for the blind" is specific)

(On the Tuesday after Break, we will have a Research work with art librarian, Karen Baxter. You will do research in class, so you'll need to have a subject.)
